This first consult is about getting acquainted with you and your health journey.

Drawing on a previously completed questionnaire, that includes symptom, diet and lifestyle information, underlying factors for your current health issues will be deduced. Any previous testing or given advice will be taken in account when provided.
Health assessment and goal setting is undertaken within a collaborative approach. Utilising information obtained, advice and information for your healthcare protocol can be made
Take home information and resources are provided
Functional testing and referrals may be advised as part of the continued healthcare
