ALL ABOUT ME
Alisha Bennett is an ANTA-registered naturopath (Australian Natural Therapists Association) holding a Bachelor of Health Sciences in Naturopathy. Practising in Toowong, Ipswich & Online, she specialises in digestive health and nutrigenomics-based nutrient assessment. Her own experience managing autoimmune disease and mental health challenges shapes a clinically-grounded, empathetic approach to helping clients understand and heal their bodies. She integrates the latest naturopathic research with conventional medical understanding, empowering clients toward lasting, personalised wellness.

I am a mama, wife, strongly eco-conscious woman who treasures a cup of tea and a good book. I thoroughly relish a good bush walk, feel wonderful and free when dancing, eating cake and helping others enhance their health.
I have struggled with health in many capacities throughout my life, and sometimes it was simple. However, I have also struggled with mental health challenges and autoimmune disease. My experiences with less than optimal health play a major role in my personal and professional outlook on being a practitioner of any modality. Earning my Bachelor's in Health Sciences in Naturopathy was a key foundational starting point for my education that enables me to assist clients. I believe that assisting others to improve their health is important and a role I carry with care and respect. I love empowering patients to understand their bodies and minds and discover the power the body has to heal itself when provided the correct tools.
In my over 10 years of experience in the Health Industry, I have prioritised bridging the gap between naturopathic concepts and conventional medicine, while providing a safe and nurturing atmosphere in which to heal. I am always looking to integrate the latest clinical research and therapies into my practice and believe that continued learning is important for any good naturopathic practitioner.
